The QAI Global Institute offers a variety of training and educational events that not only provide an opportunity to gain knowledge and earn CPE's or PDU's towards certification and recertification, but also a forum by which attendees can connect with fellow practitioners - learning and sharing their interests, concerns, and experience.

Our highest aspirations are providing the quality training, valuable information, and personable service throughout our various event offerings. We strive to give our attendees pertinent knowledge and skills to bring back and implement within their own companies to further the advancement of the overall industry and profession. We second this notion with the recognition that valuable people are behind valuable work - and progress is only achievable by having both, hand in hand.

Our events are 'people-conscious,' and although it is important to obtain the knowledge and skills to perform tasks, it is also just as important to learn to work with others, and sometimes rely on their mistakes and successes to shape our own.
