Job Title	Business Manager-Inside Sales
Location	Delhi / Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities	This person would be required to handle allocated region(s) in domestic market for selling QAI’s training and assessment and competency buildings programs. Job Duties: Utilize multiple resources such as email, phone, social selling, and web tools to communicate and present company offerings to the prospective clients Generate leads and sales through calling as well as emailing current and prospective customers Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives Research, build, and maintain CRM data Be a part of a dynamic work environment while interacting with a wide array of individuals with varying experiences
Skills Required	2- 6 years of experience in B2C sales Prior Experience in Training Industry Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Adaptive to changing business needs Only Individuals who have at least 2 years’ experience in training industry should apply
