Job Title AVP/ VP- Key Account Management – Business Development
Location  Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities Incumbent would be a part of QAI for its Consulting Division.

QAI’s Consulting Division – QAI Global Services (QGS), addresses Operational Excellence and offers to its global clients a vast range of Consulting and advisory services in areas of Process Management, Agile, Devops, Design Thinking, Innovation Management and others.

Brief responsibilities of the incumbent are:

  • Key Account Management of QAI’s global accounts (International travel may be necessary for the same)
  • Hunting and Mining for Revenue generation in named accounts
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Skills Required
  • Tech/MBA from a premier business school with 8-15 years of experience in consulting solution sales (preferable Process Improvement) to IT, ITES, BFSI & Telecom industry in India.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Passion for Sales and Key Account Management
