Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) is an affirmation of the individual’s ability to lead the enterprise level deployment of Lean Six Sigma. An MBB assists the senior management in driving change and fosters an organizational culture of continuous improvement. The MBB certification affirms the individual’s ability to assist the organization’s leaders in shaping the future of the business.
