Requirements and strategy How to identify and analyze risks, threats and vulnerabilities by using CRAMM, Environmental Analysis. Focus Auditing and other approaches. Options for reducing the risks.
Stage 3
Implementation How to establish, integrate and test IT Service plans.
Stage 4
Operational management How to ensure that IS continuity strategy, plans and procedures continue to be tested, reviewed and maintained against the business needs.
