A Five–Days Workshop

Workshop Overview

The Project Management Professional (PMP®) program is designed to lead the participant to an internationally recognized certifi cation from the Project Management Institute (PMI®) (USA). Being Registered Education Provider [REP] with PMI®, the program would help individuals prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) Examination. Coupled with our experience of training and consulting, the workshop is intended to be a practical and intense instructor led training for PMP® aspirants. The workshop also aims to train them to be effective Project Managers.

Learn about the project phases, project life cycle and project stakeholders and key general management skills and the socialeconomic environmental infl uences

Learn how to use the PMBOK® Guide to prepare for the examination
Ascertain their level of readiness for taking the PMP Examination

Note: The training is followed by a mock test having 200 hand picked questions to check the understanding of the participants

Who Should Attend

The target audience for the program is professionals interested in pursuing the Project Management Professional [PMP®] certification examination conducted by Project Management Institute.

Workshop Prerequisites

The participants should preferably meet the following prerequisites:
4500 hours of project management experience Exposure to all phases of Project Management life cycle, namely: – Initiation – Planning – Execution – Control –Closure.
Familiarity with PMBOK Guide – Third (2004) ( or Fourth ) Edition is desirable.
