What is the mechanism of payment for elearning courses?
The partner will order elearning licenses at a special partner price.The partner will offer QAI elearning courses at list price available at www.edistalearning.com . The payment will be made by Demand Draft in favor of QAI. The licenses for these courses are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

What is the mechanism for payment for Software Certifications?
Students referred by the partner will register at www.softwarecertifications.org for certification exams using a special partner code. Once the students make the payment for the exam at www.softwarecertifications.org , the partner will get a fixed percentage of the certification fee as commission.The payment would be made by QAI on a monthly basis.

What infrastructure is required for delivering the trainings?
Distraction free and comfortable Classrooms, Computer Labs with  Software Testing tools installed and QAI certified trainers.Diploma program will require approximately 56 hours of Computer Lab time. Certificate program will require approximately 24 hours of Computer Lab time

Can the students be provided placement assistance?
QAI does not guarantee placement assistance, however we will forward relevant leads.

How will delivery of books be handled?
Every time a batch is formed, the Partner will fill-up a requisition form giving student details and mail it to our Bangalore office along with QAI's share of training fee,the books will be despatched immediately.

Will QAI handover any business inquiries originating from their region to the partners?
This will be reviewed depending on the quality of training provided by the partner, we will be happy to forward training enquiries to the Partner for Programs that our AEP is authorised to deliver.

Will QAI advertise for the partners?
We will be happy to incorporate our partners' names whenever we come up with promotional campaigns in the partners' region.

Will QAI provide partners space on the website?
Yes. QAI would be happy to display partner's name and contact details on its website.

After undergoing the training from QAI, are the partner's trainers required to pass any certification exam?
Yes.

Is the partner's trainer certification exam different from Certification exams taken by the students?
Yes. The exam is called QCTP (QAI Certified Training Professional).

Does the partner have to pay for QCTP exam?
Yes, The partner has to pay for the exam. The exam fee is included in the Train the Trainer cost.

How will the QCTP exam be delivered?
The exam will be delivered at the end of the Train The Trainer Program through paper and pencil medium.

If the partner's trainer resigns, can one of their QCTP's train a new trainer?
Yes. The new trainer will have to take QCTP exam, the exam fee is USD 200.

What is the difference between Diploma and Certificate programs in Software Testing?
Diploma Program: Comprehensive program for freshers, it also covers basic software concepts, comprises of job oriented project and behavioral training.Certificate Program: For candidates having basic knowledge of software concepts.

Will the students get a certificate of participation at the end of the training program?
Yes. The Certificate of participation will be given by the partner and it will have logos of QAI and the partner.

Is a certificate awarded on completion of modular courses on Software Testing (2-3 days courses)?
Yes. The Certificate of Participation will be given by the partner and it will have logos of QAI and the Partner.

Can the partners offer discount on course fee?
No

Can the students pay the course fee in installments for Diploma and Certificate courses?
Yes, they can pay in 3 installments, the first installment will be of 40% of the course fee, the remaining two installments will be 30% each.The first installment will be paid before the course commencement the second installment will be paid after 30% of course completion and the third installment will be paid after 50% of course completion.

Will QAI conduct any Quality Audits for ensuring high quality of course delivery?
Yes, We will conduct Quality Audits. We will provide student feedback forms, each student will have to fill-up the feedback form on course completion. The Feedback forms will be reviewed by our Quality Department and suggested improvement from our quality department will have to be implemented at the partner's centers.

Will the partner get demo versions of elearning courses?
Yes.
