Assessment is the first step in building the competencies of your staff by identifying specific areas for focused training. The QAI Global Institute offers a range of assessment instruments and processes which can be tailored to suit your specific needs. The assessments are based on a competency framework and assessment methodology that covers over 40 testing knowledge areas and includes over 9,000 questions.  All tests are delivered online using a proprietary web–based testing engine.

Our suite of scientifically designed assessments is used by corporate customers for pre–recruitment and employee assessments, by individuals measuring their skills for employability and by academia as an education assessment.

Our Unified Competency Framework for Testing (UCFT) is used to create online assessments for multiple testing roles in an organization and is based on the specific competencies needed to perform the role. The process steps in mapping competencies and configuring assessments are as follows:

  Identify knowledge and skill requirements of a role
  Formalize the competency requirements of a role after discussions
  Build organization specific competency model
  Create assessments based on competency model
  Evaluate competencies using an online assessment
  Develop a learning plan for building competency
