Overview
The QAI Global Institute has developed extensive expertise in all major categories of professional IT services.  The Institute has trained in excess of 100,000 IT individuals worldwide, taught onsite courses at thousands of corporations and worked directly inside over 200 organizations, including Fortune 500, governmental agencies and college level educational institutions.

The Institute offers over 150 instructor–led, e–learning, and instructor facilitated webinars in the focus areas of software quality assurance, process improvement, software engineering, software testing, requirements and business analysis, software project management, IT service management, business process improvement, human capability management and innovation management.  QAI also provides through its Software Certification division, professional certification programs in software quality, software testing, software project management, software business analysis and software process engineering.

Since its inception almost 30 years ago, QAI has sponsored professional conferences in software quality assurance, software testing, software project management, and specialized conferences in such areas as software estimation and IT Service Management.  QAI's annual software quality and testing conference is the longest running conference of its kind now spanning three decades.
