If you have any questions or concerns in regards to obtaining a new membership, renewing an expired membership, or inquiring about your existing membership, please feel free to contact our offices for more information or assistance. Please refer to the below frequently asked questions for clarification of membership procedures and deliverables.

Q. How do I Apply for Membership?
A: Membership registration(s) payable by credit card can be made online by clicking here. You must first register a user name and password through the QAI Portal, then choose the membership option you are interested in. You will be prompted to provide payment information, and will receive confirmation once the transaction has been processed.
 
Q. What is the QAI Tough Talk?
A: QAI Tough Talk – QAI members have told us their number one interest: "how–to" practices. Based on these comments, we have redesigned Tech Talk, our previous monthly newsletter, into Tough Talk. The new format provides tough questions IT Quality Professionals should be asking about important IT areas.

Q. What is The Journal of the QAI Global Institute?

A: The Journal of the QAI Global Institute is the only professional periodical dedicated exclusively to quality management in the information technology and services function. The Journal emphasizes quality solutions that work. Case studies describe how actual quality programs were put into place as well as the results from those programs. Contributors provide insight on important topics such as testing, standards, and programs that pay off in the measurement and management function, and detail what efforts should be initiated to address these issues. The periodical is published in January, April, July, and October.

Q. What is the QAI Process WarehouseSM?
A: Our Process Warehouse is a repository of processes submitted by member companies offering a step–by–step approach for process improvement. The Process Warehouse is aligned to QAI's Framework and is updated on a continual basis. Practitioner–proven solutions that have generated positive results are provided.


Note: Although QAI administers the Software Certification programs, participating in certification does not automatically provide membership or benefits within the Institute. Holding the CSQA or CSTE designation does not make you a member of the QAI Global Institute.
